Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
- Provides meticulous coordination, communication, and operational support for talent development offerings (e.g., leadership programs, career development, Respectful Environment) and TD operations, including Ariba invoicing, vendor management, inbox management, survey creation, event registrations, and WebEx meetings.
- Serves as the primary learning administrator for Talent Development to maintain end-to-end Workday learning processes, including course creation, participant registrations/completions, and reporting, and ongoing updates.
- Generates reports and conducts intermediate analysis of CG's development offerings, talent practices, and survey results. Uses raw, complex talent data to validate business ideas and support decision-making. Prepares storytelling materials for HR leadership, leveraging existing reports, dashboards, and tools to accurately extract key themes from the information.
- Documents processes and collaborates with consultants and managers to learn deeper analysis/best practices.
- Procures distribution lists for Talent Development to ensure effective communications to the appropriate audiences, automating the delivery of these lists where possible.
- Manages Talent Development files and folders to ensure enhanced team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accessibility.
- Conducts research on industry best practices and benchmarking data to inform and enhance talent development strategies and programs.
- Performs additional support responsibilities as assigned.
Skills/qualifications:
- General knowledge of the talent lifecycle and the role Talent Development has in advancing Capital's LTSP.
- In-depth knowledge of CG's leadership development programs, program management, and event planning/coordination.
- Exceptional customer/team and interpersonal focus to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
- Intermediate knowledge of Workday capabilities such as reporting/dashboards, case management, and learning administration.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams skills are required; CoPilot, WebEx and SurveyMonkey knowledge is important.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and improve talent development strategies.
- Able to manage multiple ongoing projects and engagements, while being flexible to change and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and planful in managing tasks and projects to ensure efficient completion, avoiding conflicts, maintaining cohesion, and aligning with broader strategic goals.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and capability for nimble learning.
Orange County Base Salary Range: $89,881-$143,810
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $95,251-$152,402
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
