Strategy & Operations Senior Manager

Los Angeles, CA

"I can succeed as the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager supporting the Capital Operating Group."

As the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager in the COG Business Management team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across and on behalf of Capital Group. You will lead and/or support enterprise initiatives that improve how we run our business across our client groups, investment groups and operating groups. Examples of opportunities you will be able to shape:

  • How can we connect different Capital Group data sets and create insights that result in action?
  • How can we better align our resource allocation processes with business priorities?
  • Where should Capital's offices be located, and what does it mean for our business groups?
  • How can we better leverage our enterprise model, inclusive of strategic 3rd party services?
  • How can we instill a mindset of empowerment across all associates?
  • How can we simplify Capital at the intersections between teams to make it easier to get work done?
