As a Senior Investment Operations Associate-Core Ops on the Governance and Regulatory Reporting team (GRR), you will work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior staff on complex projects, analyses, and tasks. You will help support investment vehicles servicing the Institutional, Retail, and other functions supporting the Capital System investment approach.

- You can analyze various reports and determine appropriate action to resolve exceptions between internal and external (i.e., custodian bank) systems.
- You Identify and assess business risk (i.e., applicability of regulatory requirements by investment type) and determine impacts within the company and to the clients; recommend solutions and collaborate with more senior associates on implementation.
- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities and strong business acumen to understand and anticipate business needs/requirements and knowledge of investment products.
- You possess strong industry knowledge of investment operations.
- You have strong collaboration skills - working within and across teams and stakeholder groups.
- You are self-driven (e.g., independently manage workload and achieve target outcomes), possess excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- You can work in ambiguous situations, create clarity, and drive towards effective outcomes.
- You possess strong computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Alteryx is a plus.

Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $60,234-$96,374
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
