As a Senior Core Ops Associate - Investment Operations on the Reference Data Team, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of reference data, including Securities, Issuers, Credit Ratings, Industry Classifications, Listings and Analytics Data that provides operational support and oversight for various investment products and services. You will collaborate with other Core Operations associates on meaningful projects and daily production work that directly support the investment operations process. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects.

- You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.
- You have a foundational knowledge in securities, mutual funds, and investment products.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn various operations related systems.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $71,425-$114,280
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
