Senior Compliance Associate

Los Angeles, CA

"I can succeed as a Senior Compliance Associate at Capital Group."

We are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Associate for our Client Services Compliance Team which provides compliance support for several of Capital Group's investment offerings and services across multiple lines of business. These include institutional clients and intermediaries as well as supporting and overseeing the administration of collective investment trusts for retirement plan clients and intermediaries.

You will be a member of a team of compliance professionals focused on institutional client onboarding and activity in separate accounts and CITs, sponsor firms with Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), administration of CITs, RFP support, and preparation of the investment advisers' Form ADV, among other areas. As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will help the team deliver a superior client experience while ensuring we comply with appropriate regulations, requirements, and policies. You'll support the needs of internal departments across Capital Group and external entities, including the completion of regulatory business filings, and client and/or trading agreements. Every day can be different as you partner with our in-house lawyers, compliance professionals, and our client services, distribution, and operations groups to enable the delivery of our investment services to our clients. To thrive in this role, you enjoy new challenges, collaborating across teams, and trying to improve existing processes.
