As our Senior Client Relations Analyst working within the Institutional Client Service Group, you will interface directly with external clients and service providers to deliver an in-depth understanding of industry, organizational, and operational topics.

Externally representing Capital Group with the goal of delivering a superior client service experience, you will partner with cross-functional client relationship teams within the Europe & Asia Client Group (EACG) organization to proactively service institutional clients. This includes delivering a consultative client experience by meeting client needs and participating in client meetings. Working closely with and leveraging the Investment Operations teams, you will exercise autonomous decision-making authority to address all aspects of servicing related to assigned clients.

Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing institutional client relationships. You will ensure excellent client experience for all aspects of client servicing support and reporting. Providing leadership and mentoring to the junior team members, you will help drive the business forward.

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of institutional client service experience in client facing roles within the Asset Management industry.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) both spoken and written is preferred.
  • You have a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and building strong customer relationships.
  • You have effective communication skills that conveys a clean understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • You have flexibility to travel.
  • You have experience managing complexity, balancing multiple stakeholders and building networks inside and outside the organization.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
