As a Senior Business Transformation Services (BTS) Analyst, you play a critical role in helping to lead and support various Investment Operations (IO) strategic initiatives. You perform in-depth user research and business analysis on initiatives of varying size and complexity in order to provide insights and support recommendations. Your recommendations have a direct impact in addressing unique business challenges and solutions that support the growth of the business. Your key stakeholders include IO business partners, Capital Group's Project Management Office, and the Information Technology Group. You'll add value to discussions around designing end-to-end solutions that solve new and complex business problems. You will play a critical role by collaborating with teammates to develop solutions that focus on strategy, organizational, and business processes. To thrive in this role, you have the curiosity and technical aptitude to learn more about smart automation and digital construction.

- You have comprehensive knowledge of design and analysis methodologies and have built a career on recommending solutions to address complex challenges in a business setting.
- You're a critical thinker with the ability to deliver root cause assessment through end-to-end research and analysis.
- You've successfully led or managed projects that span multiple capabilities and functions with many stakeholders.
- You're experienced in back office operations in an asset management setting and understand the complexities of order management, portfolio compliance and trade processing and settlement.
- You consistently deliver results even with changing project scope and priorities.
- You have a process for translating those change strategies into specific and practical goals for your team. You are a skilled communicator.
- Your background includes facilitating group discussions such as design workshops, demos, user meetings, feedback sessions and/or focus groups.
- You have a bachelor's degree.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
