The Content Automation Program Manager is responsible for orchestrating the planning, scheduling, and execution of the content automation and delivery roadmap. This role ensures alignment with key business priorities and objectives while working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. The Program Manager coordinates program timelines, addresses risks and dependencies, and helps achieve business goals. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders to document and refine business requirements for new content types. The Program manager will assist with building a monitoring framework (dashboard), in order to deliver a foundational suite of capabilities and governance to track metrics, anticipate risks, address production issues, and plan for content changes more proactively across North American Client Group (NACG).

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of project management experience, with experience gathering requirements, development of solution strategy, a developing a roadmap.
  • You have project management experience in data delivery leading successful business and/or technology projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management
  • You have a foundational understanding and/or are skilled in Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Mode Delivery
  • You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change
  • You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
  • You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders
  • You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results
  • Preferred that you have experiencing using data visualization software and SQL

Southern California Base Salary Range: $166,551-$266,482

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
