PCS was founded in 1974 and began as an in-house family office for of the Capital Group organization, and a third of clients are still current or former Capital Group associates and their families. Clients entrust PCS to manage $33 billion in assets with an average client relationship of $15 million.

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth portfolio consultation and analysis, providing suggestions on portfolio transition options, considering various factors such as client objectives, risk tolerance, restrictions, and tax sensitivity. You'll create analytical reports and insights to assist positioning, while serving as a

specialist resource for advisors and client teams, providing in-depth product and market insights. You'll create and improve processes for client proposals and investment analysis.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in financial portfolio analysis.
  • You enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating with stakeholders to implement creative solutions and processes.
  • You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of advisory business, traditional and alternative investment solutions, and other applicable wealth management topics.
  • You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Capital Group products and services.
  • You demonstrate advanced knowledge of investment analysis and asset allocation concepts as acquired through CFA, CAIA, and/or CPWA, or similar designations.
  • You exhibit knowledge in policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the department/business area and overall organization.
  • You are a credible thought-partner for Private Wealth Advisors and Client Relationship Teams to develop appropriate recommendations and proposals for clients.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

San Francisco Base Salary Range: $145,092-$232,147

New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197

Atlanta Base Salary Range: $116,174-$185,878

Chicago Base Salary Range: $122,629-$196,206

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
