As a National Accounts Coordinator, you will work independently to support the National Accounts team on business initiatives, projects, and analyses. You will provide business development support, reporting, initiative coordination, and assist with firm-related deliverables for National Accounts business teams.

- You have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations or project management.
- You have knowledge of investment products and solutions and are familiar with our Home Office partnerships, and the broader financial services industry sales cycle and sales interactions.
- You are comfortable facilitating meetings and coordinating team activities to help execute business initiatives. You can assist with project planning, rollout and reporting phases. You can identify appropriate resources and tactics to drive toward successful execution.
- You can coordinate department and team business management routines. You can serve as the point person for business operations by supporting National Account Sr. Managers in managing team priorities and providing guidance to teams on business routines and business planning.
- You can contribute to improving overall business operations. You can identify opportunities to streamline processes or suggest enhancements to systems/tools/resources to improve department operations.
- You enjoy building relationships and partnerships with internal and external business partners.
- You are comfortable working with data, and willing to learn different operational tools/systems to support the reporting needs for National Accounts.
- You enjoy working with various Microsoft tools, including MS Teams, and have some exposure working with MS Excel pivot tables / look ups / formulas.
- You have experience working with Tableau and Salesforce a plus.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $73,863-$118,181
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $95,251-$152,402
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $78,671-$125,874
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
