Summary of the Internal Audit Senior Analyst: This role reports to the Internal Audit Manager and is responsible for performing operational, regulatory compliance and technology audits, including preparation of audit documentation (risks, controls, test plans) based on information identified from process overview discussions.
Role Description: Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
- Audit Execution:
- Leading components or independently performing operational, regulatory compliance and/or technology audits from start to finish, including independent preparation of audit documentation (risks, controls, test plans) based on information identified from process overview discussions
- Testing the operating effectiveness of key controls for processes of medium to high complexity
- Identifying, documenting, and communicating control enhancement recommendations
- Preparing, and in some cases, participate in presentations to executive management, governance committees, and other stakeholders to discuss identified risks and opportunities to strengthen the control environment
- Drives Collaboration: Fosters collaboration with internal audit team members and business partners globally to perform audit activities

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong risk management and internal controls knowledge of core operational, regulatory compliance and technology processes
- Ability to identify and interpret meaningful information by interrogating large amounts of data (i.e., data analytics experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with smaller, and in some cases, larger groups and senior leaders.
- Ability to prioritize assigned work and complete activities in a timely manner across multiple projects.
- Experience to work in autonomy or with limited supervision, including ability to take quality decision when needed
Working conditions:
- N/A - this role does not require any environmental conditions inherent to the job that would be considered outside of a normal office environment.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
