As a Global meetings Specialist Senior, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating advanced knowledge for Meetings Team functional areas. You'll be working both independently and in partnership with global teams whose scope includes meeting scheduling, in-depth meeting technology knowledge, data analysis, continuous improvement, food service operations and building strong business connections. Providing guidance and acting as a resource to other Meetings Team associates. As a mentor and a source of support for other Meetings Team associates, you will work together in a collaborative environment to assist others in planning meetings at Capital Group.

Please note, this role is based out of our LA office and will not be flexible to work at other Southern California locations.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools and relevant meeting scheduling technologies such as EMS, Genesys, Bomgar, Service Now, videoconferencing technology and other relevant software and applies it to work assignments.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $71,425-$114,280

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $77,177-$123,483

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
