As a GenAI Solutions Engineer IV you will:
- Lead with GenAI in solutions thinking for the Content Production lifecycle
- Identify opportunities where we can leverage GenAI and deliver customer-ready features with engineering excellence that stands up to rigorous quality standards.
- Co-create AI-driven MVPs with customers
- You'll be comfortable working across backend, frontend, interacting with LLMs and/or other ML models and vendor GenAI solutions.
- You'll work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production
- Be able, and willing, to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new product features and experiences.
- Be ready to jump in on fast-turnaround product requests for high value customers

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of full-time software engineering experience, post-graduation
- Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs
- Experience building ML infrastructure and AI-powered solutions
- Proficiencies in one or more of Java, React.js, Typescript, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Python, Node.js, Next.js, Postgres
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, conducting code reviews, and creating design documentation.
- Developed robust and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Full Stack development with Java, Spring Boot, Data Modeling, and SQL.
- Designed, built, and optimized data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from various sources.
- Designed systems that handle large-scale data processing.
- Strong OO and functional design skills with a grasp of common design patterns.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and experience with relational, graph, and non-relational databases, SQL.
- Experienced with cloud native development.
- Experience scaling and growing new products
- Excitement to work with AI technologies
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in working collaboratively within an agile team, including test-driven development.
- Possesses a track record of successfully delivering enterprise-grade software into production.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with Financial Services Content Production Lifecycle
- Experience working with SaaS Content Management and Sales Enablement products like Seismic, Workfront, Coric
- Experience building and monitoring cloud solutions with AWS.
- Financial services experience is a big plus.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
