As the End User Support Service Delivery Management Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of Capital Group associates and external vendors who provide support and hardware delivery to all CG associates, both in offices and remotely. You will manage our Service Desk, hardware, and mobile vendors, and provide comprehensive reporting for the entire End User Support organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with technology leaders across the firm to ensure that end user needs are appropriately represented and prioritized. Acting as a customer advocate, you will protect the user experience and ensure consistent service delivery.

Through strong leadership, you will empower the Service Management team to develop scalable, sustainable solutions that are data-driven and focused on enhancing the end user experience.

• You have 10+ years' experience providing technology support to end users, with at least 5 of those years managing service desks, preferably in the Financial Services Industry.

• You have experience developing and delivering AI and automation focusing on call deflection in a Service Desk environment.

• You have experience with asset management software and tools with a focus on data accuracy.

• You have a demonstrated history of delivering valuable End User Services data insights that inform both tactical and strategic decision-making.

• You are experienced in strategic partner management including working toward shared outcomes with clear accountabilities, standards, and metrics.

• You are skilled at establishing strong relationships with and influencing vendors and key stakeholders to prioritize the end user experience.

• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to adapt your style and approach so that it resonates with a diverse audience.

• You are savvy in navigating and leading a high level of change.

• You are skilled at building and leading high-performing teams, fostering continuous development and performance management within your organization.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $154,870-$263,279

New York Base Salary Range: $182,310-$309,927

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
