As a Digital Channel Marketing Specialist, you will demonstrate firsthand knowledge of both email and web, and work collaboratively on requirements to independently design, build, and own integrated digital experiences across channels. You will drive strategy for channel innovation, execute projects and campaigns, and leverage a data-driven approach to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will function as the subject matter expert for digital channels, leveraging your knowledge of the business, audience, lifecycle, and technology to design and build sales and marketing CX journeys to drive engagement.

Build and deploy integrated digital marketing solutions across channels, including email and web:

  • Creating customized and relevant digital experiences and campaigns with Adobe and Salesforce technologies; Using your advanced skills in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics to apply design and UI/UX principles to create and launch web pages, landing pages, and wider microsite experiences, including content personalization and audience targeting. Able to execute using SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Journey Builder to design and implement digital journeys, campaigns, including email template development, campaign automation, audience segmentation and content personalization. Experience in AEP (Adobe's Experience Platform) including RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA.


  • Serve as a strategist for web and email production, aligning these platforms with the company's strategic goals.


  • Measure and drive channel and journey performance, using data analysis, tracking, reporting, optimization, and experimentation.


  • Analyze performance to identify opportunities and understand customer behavior.


  • Design and build sales and marketing CX journeys to drive engagement.


  • Work cross-functionally with partners to develop, deploy, and manage innovative solutions and capabilities.

Competencies/qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience.


  • Tech-savvy, with experience using enterprise tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Web Stack.


  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.


  • Ability to drive results using analytics resources and technologies.


  • Initiative-taking and action oriented.


  • Resourceful, with knowledge of internal structures, processes, and culture.


  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence groups and senior associates.


  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a drive for innovation.


  • Ability to manage complex information and solve problems.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
