As a Data Product Manager, you have the power to create innovate, reusable data products and develop inspiring vision and roadmap to mature these data products. You will help identify customer needs, market opportunities, technology trends to ensure the products built will meet standards and provide value to the customer. The product manager will be the liaison between stakeholders and engineering team, driving requirements, managing priorities and planning outcomes.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling product
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing products throughout the product development lifecycle, preferably in the Financial Services/Asset Management industry for data platforms, data experience, tools, workflows, and/or data infrastructure.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities. Informing and escalating to your leadership team where appropriate.
  • Define product vision and delivery customer requirements to development teams
  • Ability to create a comprehensive roadmap with clear milestones and feature prioritization to build the right product
  • Able to work across business and IT. Can write and articulate business requirements for engineering partners.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis techniques, pattern identification in structured and semi-structured data sets, and data transformation techniques. Proficiency in data analysis/manipulation tools such as SQL, Python is preferred
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams, including other product managers, architects, engineers, and business partners.
  • Drives stellar execution across product, operations, and partner teams. You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or early inputs into solid action plans
  • You have extreme attention to detail and a high bar for product excellence

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
