As an Enterprise Data Governance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that data is fit for use by establishing clear accountability and implementing robust processes and controls. In this capacity, you would be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards for Enterprise Data Governance and Data Management functions. You will create and maintain Data Governance documentation and related training materials while driving the implementation of optimal process solutions to meet associates and cross-functional team needs. Your work will involve active collaboration with the data steward community, the Line of Business (LOB), Enterprise Data Office (EDO), and IT teams to ensure compliance with Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives.

- You have a working knowledge of the financial/investment management industry.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- You must have a working knowledge designing and implementing a data governance framework, including data classification, data access controls, and data life cycle management.
- You have 3+ years of hands-on data governance and/or data management experience and have an ability to apply learning to implement data governance solutions.
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data assets.
- You have experience with data governance tools such as data Collibra, Datahub and other metadata tools.
- You have knowledge of standard systems and tools to manipulate and analyze data such as SQL, Python, and other tools are a plus.
- You have experience in driving improvements to data governance policies, standards, processes, and documentation by collaborating with team members.
- You have a working knowledge of project management principles including a demonstrated understanding of project lifecycles and traditional project management activities.
- You value interactions and managing relationships over following processes.
- You enjoy collaborating with people, dissecting processes, and completing projects.
- You apply analytical and problem-solving capabilities to create high impact solutions.
- You bring exceptional quality and attention to detail to work deliverables.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
