The Fund Governance team is dedicated to support the effective and efficient management of Capital's regulated fund companies, investment advisors and certain affiliates. We instill governance that fosters efficient and timely decision making and oversight consistent with relevant regulations, rules, and obligations.

As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will help to ensure we comply with regulations, requirements, and policies. You'll leverage your passion for process optimization to support our global compliance controls and ownership reporting. You'll prepare, coordinate, and finalize documentation for routine regulatory filings, specialized fund board materials, applicable legal requirements and assist in broader department communication. Every day will be different as you partner with our in-house lawyers, compliance managers, and investment operations professionals to assist our portfolio compliance operations and research global regulatory requirements.

To thrive in this role, you enjoy new challenges and are constantly trying to improve existing processes. Experience in the securities or investment management industry is a plus, but it is not required.

Please note, this position does require you to work in the office three times a week, with the flexibility to work from home twice a week.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $78,567-$125,707

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $84,894-$135,830

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
