Capital Associate Program (CAP) - Summer Internship

The CAP Summer Internship is a highly selective 10-week program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. As a summer associate, you'll work on an independent project that addresses our current investment environment and/or strategies while receiving coaching and mentorship.



The CAP Summer Internship offers you:

Who should apply?


December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 undergraduate or master's students (non-MBA) are invited to apply. When we hire for CAP, we look for potential. We're interested in:

  • Highly curious, analytical, and critical thinkers with demonstrated interest in investing.
  • Ability and ambition to learn quickly and grow from experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate well with others.



Timeline:

  • Europe CAP Associate/Intern (Post: August 2024; Unpost: October 4th; Final Rounds: November/December 2024)
  • Asia CAP Associate/Intern: (Post: August 2024; Unpost: October 4th; Super Day: December 2024)

Need work authorization? We may be able to obtain visas for CAP participants during the internship.

MBA candidates go through a separate recruiting process for internships. Please check our website for more information.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
