"I can succeed as a Wealth Planning Summer Associate"
As a Wealth Planning Summer Associate, you will support our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and help our clients achieve their investment goals by providing thoughtful, rigorous research and analysis and guidance on wealth planning topics relevant to the high net worth and ultra-high net worth investor market segment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with wealth planning team members to build internal user guides and training materials of our new financial planning tools (eMoney and FP Alpha) that we expect to roll out broadly in late 2025/2026. This intern would synthesize inputs from WP members on aspects of the new tools and how wealth advisory group (WAG) has determined Private Client Services will use these tools across personas (WAG, PWA, Client Relationship Team (CRT). These materials will be used for training and process improvement for PWAs and CRTs.

- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field with an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher

Hourly Rate: $30.50/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
