As a Marketing Data Operations Analyst Summer Associate, you will be part of the Content Automation Program team which is responsible for orchestrating the planning, scheduling, and execution of the content automation and delivery roadmap. This role ensures alignment with key business priorities and objectives while working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. The Summer Associate will support the Program Manager in coordinating program timelines, defining key metrics and SLAs, and helping to achieve business goals.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

  • Engage with key partners to ensure timely updates and publication of Content Automation Roadmap
  • Assist with development of KPI dashboard and establishment of SLAs to track automation metrics for marketing content, data, & collateral
  • Support the development of Knowledge Management Hub to centralize key documentation, processes, automation roadmap, program timeline, and backlog prioritization
  • Partner with external consultant & stakeholders to track KPIs around multiple product channels (data, publishing, & marketing)

  • Undergraduate - Anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite - PPT, Excel, & Data Visualization (Power BI)
  • Background / strong interest in Data & Storytelling, & Asset Management
  • Willingness to learn & collaborate

Base Hourly Rate: $30.50/ hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
