As a Business System Analyst, you will join the Content Production organization within our North American Client group (NACG) and serve as the primary team partner for various automation publishing needs of internal stakeholders such as sales, product management and investment management specialists.

The Automation Team is accountable for capturing requirements, making recommendations on applications, systems, or process enhancements with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver on business outcomes. We work in close partnership with vendor partners, technology, and data teams to develop business rules into technology solutions. Business System Analysts are responsible for requirements, analysis, design, and functional architecture and are involved in managing projects, training, support, and implementation of applications. Reaching our clients through compelling digital solutions is imperative for serving their needs.

  • You will be well-versed in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to make business decisions that achieve optimal publication outcomes and a positive client experience
  • You have experience in delivering and using scalable publishing solutions that are rich in data, content, and statistics, within a high-achieving and fast-paced organization
  • You have in-depth knowledge of financial concepts and the technology ecosystem across all channels, a process-oriented mindset when working through ambiguity and have demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge in work assignments
  • You have been highly effective in managing stakeholder expectations through tact, negotiation, and diplomacy
  • You have a proven track record of effectively planning and prioritizing work, managing multiple deliverables in parallel and delivering outcomes in a high-intensity, Agile work environment to meet client-facing demands
  • You demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and process improvements, can lead solutions across a variety of teams and stakeholders and work under direction only as needed
  • You are well versed in using data and analytics to make business decisions to achieve optimal publication outcomes and a positive client experience
  • You are comfortable navigating a matrixed corporate environment and collaborating across many stakeholders and groups to accomplish a goal

Southern California Base Salary Range: $108,135-$173,016

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
