As a Business Information Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of experienced individual contributors responsible for reporting, research, strategic planning, analysis, and modeling related to the American Funds Service Group (AFSG). You will drive associate development and capacity planning, ensuring appropriate resourcing, quality, and timeliness for the portfolio of work.

  • You have experience managing a portfolio of work, ensuring proper communication to stakeholders, and balancing team resources to meet demand.


  • You can function as both a leader and a key contributor to the design and implementation of analytical solutions which may involve using both business intelligence and statistical methodologies.


  • You are passionate about developing associates, creating customized plans to meet the analysts' performance and development objectives, while driving business outcomes.


  • You are curious and are continually looking to improve upon how your team operates.


  • You have experience analyzing complex sets of data and driving insights for business leaders.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $108,182-$173,091

Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $111,034-$177,654

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $115,232-$184,371

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
