- Main responsibilities:
Overall activities to promote CG Funds (especially focusing on sales through NISA/DC);
Advisor meetings and workshops:
Planning and conducting workshops, role-playing sessions, etc. for Advisors (Salespeople of Banks, Security Firms and IFAs) who sell CG managed funds
Distributer relations:
Providing seamless and flawless support for promotions to all the distribution partners, together with Business Development Manager in charge of the relationship
Investor seminars:
Supporting Business Development Managers to hold seminars for investors
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
