As an AFSG Strategy Senior Manager, you will lead the identification and creation of AFSG long term strategies to support the future of the business, in support of CG's Long Term Strategic Plan. You will conduct market analysis and evaluate financial models on a broad range of highly complex strategic scenarios to make recommendations to senior business leaders. You will create a process for ongoing maintenance of our strategic outlook and priorities, and how to incorporate those into our existing product teams. You will serve as an AFSG subject matter expert and thought leader on enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • You are a proven leader with at least 10 years of experience leading cross functional teams to identify and solve multi-dimensional business and technology challenges, building solutions for the future of the business.
  • You have expertise in turning knowledge into strategy, articulating that strategy effectively across the organization and executing measurable results.
  • You are a strong communicator across diverse populations of associates and have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • You pride yourself on your ability to cut through complexity and ambiguity, prioritize effectively, set clear goals, and operate in an agile fashion.
  • You have a deep understanding of the transfer agency, retirement, and financial services industries, and can use that knowledge to generate strategic efforts.
  • You are passionate about staying up to date on industry trends, technologies and best practices. You leverage relationships with technology partners and key stakeholders to continually develop business advancements.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to look across business lines to ensure consistency, logic, and reasonability for multiple business groups.
  • You're a skilled relationship builder, who works with business partners to understand their challenges, influence recommendations, and drive adoption of solutions.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $154,870-$263,279

Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $153,379-$260,744

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $157,589-$267,901

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
