2025 Summer Internship: RFP Intern

As part of our 2025 10-week internship program, Capital Group warmly invite for university undergraduates to apply for an internship opportunity within Investment Operations! This will be a 10-week internship between 12 May to 18 July 2025.

Capital Group's Investment Operations Group focuses on delivering several key capabilities to Capital's investment and distribution groups, supporting the investment process and distribution efforts.

RFP

The RFP function works on written client/intermediary requests for information, due diligence and new business requests, team projects, ad hoc requests and recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior staff on complex projects, analyses and tasks. We provide quantitative and qualitative information about Capital Group's (CG) institutional investment strategies including separate accounts and funds to internal associates, intermediaries, clients and prospects. RFP writers are also responsible for creating an accurate presentation of CG's investment strategies by gathering and developing written content and information to complete responses to requests for information (RFI), due diligence requests (DDQs) and requests for proposals (RFP) as well as identifying opportunities to improve content, streamline processes and may participate in RFP and departmental projects.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
