Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a strong technical background to oversee product strategy and execution across our digital channels. You will work directly with cross-functional teams to shape project deliverables and ensure alignment with our overarching business goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in both web and mobile program delivery, providing end-to-end oversight to ensure successful implementation, from concept through launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project and product roadmaps that align with business objectives and meet customer requirements.
  • Lead top-down project oversight, ensuring all aspects meet scope, budget, and timeline standards.
  • Analyze project economics and provide actionable insights on cost, benefit, and ROI to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical teams during all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial development through to implementation.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, making scheduled reports to track measurable progress.
  • Oversee the acquisition of resources, materials, and vendor contracts as needed for successful project execution.
  • Proactively engage with all involved stakeholders, providing updates, identifying issues, and implementing process improvements.
  • Facilitate productive discussions with interested parties to approve and integrate any proposed modifications.
  • Anticipate project needs by engaging with clients and monitoring industry trends to stay at the forefront of market demands.
  • Communicate directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and adjust project strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 15+ years in IT, including at least 5 years in technical project management and 7-10 years as a product manager in recent roles (within the last 3 years).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong background in web and mobile program delivery.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record in leading projects with full-lifecycle oversight.
  • Analytical & Financial Acumen: Strong ability to analyze and provide feedback on the financial and economic aspects of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to anticipate and adapt to shifting project needs based on market conditions and client requirements.
