- Experience in designing and architecting Applications, with 7+ years of experience as an SiteCore Cloud Technical Lead
- Preferably SiteCore Certified Professional
- Sound knowledge on Sitecore platform / tool suite (Cloud, Experience Platform, Web Experience Management, Commerce, etc.)
- Preferred background in the Content Management Industry, ability to understand domain quickly
- Sound knowledge on Sitecore platform / tool suite (Experience Platform, Web Experience Management, Commerce, etc.)
- Provide domain, technical and functional leadership and technical support to overall software development teams
- Oversee progress of distributed development teams to ensure consistency with initial design & enterprise architecture pattern.
- Agile/Scrum methology practitioner

Primary Skills
- Sitecore hands-on experience of Sitecore back-end development using ASP.NET MVC. & C#.
- Should have worked on Sitecore Multilingual/Multitenant model, SOLR.
- Should have worked on Sitecore PowerShell.
- Should be a quick learner.
Secondary Skills
- Knowledge of HTML CSS Bootstrap will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Sitecore as PaaS.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
Experience Required
- Sitecore - minimum 7+ year (with completed reference projects)
- JavaScript Frameworks (Angular preferred, Ember or React or Meteor) - minimum 3-5 years
- SQL Server - minimum 3-5 years
- RESTful Web Services - minimum 3-5 years
- ORM (ADO, EF or NHibernate or LLBLGen) Data Access - minimum 3-5 years
- Team Foundation Server / Git / SVN - minimum 3-5 years
- C# - minimum 3-5 years
- ASP.NET MVC - minimum 3-5 years
- Helix Principles
- Experience with Content Management (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) technology across various platforms such as AEM Assets, Sitecore, and other CMS/DAM solutions.
- Experience implementing Portal solutions, e.g. Employee Portal or Supplier Portal
- Understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service (SaaS), and the differences between the Cloud Service version and the traditional On Prem / Managed Service version of AEM
- Knowledge to Create and configure Sitecore SXA tenants, sites and site collections, SXA configurations.
- Knowledge in MVC
- Should be expert in Scriban templates, data templates, layouts etc.
- Must know about Customize renderings by creating rendering variants.
- Should know to Create and configure page designs, including the underlying partial designs.
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (language: English)
- Should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
