Job Description:
This is a client facing role in the COE (Center of Excellence Organization) which serves as a hub for deep expertise driving business growth. This role will work closely with clients, partners, and other business units to identify digital transformation opportunities. The role needs an understanding the client's business needs and clearly writing and translating the SOW (Statement of Work) to the successful delivery of the Project. The candidate will be encouraged to craft opportunities, solution, and price.. This role participates in project delivery to guide expertise as required and ensure what was solution-ed and promised to client is delivered as crafted and identify additional transformation opportunities.
The COE team member will continuously monitor trending in market opportunities and will develop and drive cases to support enhanced capability/service/offer development.
This role provides thought-leadership and engage in the publication of white papers, articles, podcasts, and participate in industry conferences.
This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow Platform, Service Integration, consulting skills, and good understanding of how the technology can address client needs!

Possess the ability to clearly articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients.
Comfortable facilitating group discussions and leading client strategy and design activities
Be willing to learn, grow and stretch into new roles and different industries/domains.
Have a fully flexible approach to working hours and working away from home during the week; willing to work nationally, with the potential to work internationally if desired.
A good appreciation of the cost drivers in systems delivery and operations and the commercial consequences of the technical decisions made by you and/or others.
Ability to develop productive client relationships at different management levels and identify and develop opportunities for new business.
In depth understanding of ITIL framework, Certification preferred.
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in at least two areas i.e., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HR, SecOps, IRM
ServiceNow Certified System Administration Certification
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect preferred
