Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to lead a team of SharePoint and Power Platform developers. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team while designing and implementing complex SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. This role involves developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to drive business applications and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SharePoint and Power Platform developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform technologies, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create effective business applications and provide data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and custom features, ensuring solutions are robust and meet business needs.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather project requirements, define deliverables, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement and manage security, governance, and compliance measures for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, adhering to best practices and organizational policies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that address their requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives to ensure effective use of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and best practices in SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Developer / Software Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • 1-3 years of experience specifically with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with integrating solutions with other IT systems and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Basic or higher proficiency in spoken English.
