Title - Senior Data Analyst
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain data models reporting systems data automation systems dashboards and performance metrics.
- Conduct detailed data analysis and provide insights to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to inform business decisions.
- Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- A Masters degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL Python R Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark)
