Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
Job Description: The Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, with a focus on Core HR functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their business needs, design solutions, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and HR requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and document functional requirements.
- Solution Design and Configuration
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules to meet client specifications.
- Develop functional specifications and process flows.
- Ensure the solution design aligns with best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Assist clients in maximizing the value of their Oracle Cloud HCM investments.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases and features.
- Propose enhancements to existing systems and processes.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients.
