Job Title: SAP QM Solution Support Center Lead

Job Location: Houston, TX

Job Description: The SAP QM Solution Support Center Lead will collaborate on the development and implementation of the SAP QM module by configuring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the successful deployment of SAP QM. Additionally, this team member will provide support in training our internal team members to effectively utilize the QM module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure the SAP QM module to align with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to QM module functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QM module with other SAP modules and existing business processes.
  • Provide guidance and expertise in optimizing QM processes to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP QM functionality and usage.
  • Document configurations, processes, and solutions implemented within the QM module.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant or similar role, with expertise in implementing and supporting SAP QM module functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP QM configuration, including Quality Planning), Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Audit, Inspection, Logistics, Test Equipment, Notifications, and Certificates.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to SAP QM module.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops for end-users.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • SAP certification in QM module is a plus.
  • Experience working on similar short-term projects or consulting engagements.
  • Ability to work on site in Houston, TX
