The Oracle Cloud HCM ORC Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams and interact with business and understand their pain areas, co-ordinate with them, help in testing. Have good understanding of the HCM Cloud modules and is able to lead the discussions, guide the team
KEY Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in understanding and addressing their most complex business challenges
- Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues , co-ordinate with PaaS technical team and other module leads
- Design and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM applications
- Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
- Manage scope by identifying and proposing change requests
- Contribute to Capgemini's Oracle HCM Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.

Required Skills:
- 6 - 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projects
- Primary Modules: Oracle HCM ORC, Core HR
- Secondary Modules: Learning, Security, Fast formula, Helpdesk, Talent Management
- Experience designing solutions that include PaaS
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Implementation in global environments or international experience
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

- Active Certifications in the Compensation module will be desired
- Page customizations and redwood design studio experience.
- Experience in Implementing Payroll and Absence will be desired
- Experience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science
- Two+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications
