Job description: Scrum Master (Mobile and Frontend Focus)

  • Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to Manage various project's scope and timeline for the respective agile team.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration o Work with product owners and program managers to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • May play a hybrid role of a Project Manager & Scrum Master.

  • 6+ years of experience as a Certified/Professional Scrum Master with expert knowledge in Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, XP tools, etc., with proven experience leading mobile app or frontend-focused projects.
  • Experienced with promoting the values of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency, specifically within mobile and frontend development teams.
  • Exceptional interactive and collaboration skills along with experience in building high-performance teams, with a focus on mobile app and frontend developers.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD, SAFe, DAD, Nexus, LeSS, and scrum@scale.
  • Knowledge of Agile technology practices such as DevOps, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, with practical experience applying these practices in mobile or frontend projects.
  • Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and frontend technologies (iOS, Android, React, Angular, etc.).
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Rally, with experience managing mobile or frontend project sprints using these tools.
