Capgemini is looking for Technical PM / Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on technical feasibility, potential challenges, and best practices to ensure that projects are technically sound and scalable.
• Oversee Agile processes and ensure teams are following Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Drive the adoption of Client technology stack, ensuring that project teams are aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 9+ years of total IT industry experience with understanding of web development technologies, including Java, JavaScript, Spring, React, Node.js, Flowable.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Safe Agile certification required
• Responsible for the delivery of all RUN scope activities like Incident, Problem, Environment and Change Management
• Responsible for quality KPIs through corrective and preventive maintenance activities by engaging in RCA process and resolutions.6.
• Ensure minimizing all backlogs of issues reported from production
• Should have strengths in project planning, resource budgeting/forecasting, estimations, and stakeholder management.
• Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Helping the Product Owner manage the product backlog effectively.
• Removing any impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
• Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
• Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Coaching the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Promoting a collaborative and transparent team environment
