Job Summary:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead the implementation of a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution , focusing on system integrations, client relationships, and successful delivery. This role will involve preparing project plans, driving daily stand-ups as a Scrum Master, managing integrations, leading technical and delivery meetings, and providing regular updates to client executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CPQ Implementation: Oversee the technical execution of the CPQ implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
• System Integrations: Manage integrations of the CPQ solution with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, billing systems), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

• Serve as Scrum Master: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Remove blockers and ensure the team stays focused on sprint goals. Guide the team in Agile practices to ensure efficient project execution.
• Prepare Project Plans: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, milestones, and risk management strategies. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of the CPQ solution and integration processes.
• Drive Technical & Delivery Meetings: Lead technical discussions and solution design meetings with internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Regular Status Updates: Provide consistent updates to client executive leadership on project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones. Ensure any deviations from plan are communicated promptly, along with mitigation strategies.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions.
• Change Management: Manage process changes and ensure smooth adoption of the CPQ system across departments by engaging key stakeholders and facilitating training and support.
• Post-Implementation Support: Oversee system deployment, monitor performance, and drive ongoing improvements and optimizations after the solution is live.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead by example, foster a collaborative environment, and coach team members to continuously improve in Agile methodologies and CPQ solution implementation.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management, with expertise in CPQ / CRM / Order Management implementations, system integrations, and Scrum practices
• Skills:
o Strong knowledge of system integrations (CRM, ERP, billing systems).
o Solid experience in leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
o Proven track record of managing project timelines, resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
o Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
o Strong technical background, with the ability to guide technical discussions and lead cross-functional teams.
o Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience providing regular status updates to executive leadership.
