Salesforce Technical Architect
Job Location: Hybrid
Job Description:
As a Salesforce Technical Architect you will create and own architectural artifacts such as functional / reference architecture, technical architecture, data flow diagram, integration strategy, best practices, and other artifacts. You will establish best practices for implementing Salesforce components/modules, enforce governance and mentor developers to follow established best practices. Salesforce Technical Architects will be in consultative and advisory role to effectively guide and advise clients on overall technical solutions and architecture.

- Conduct discovery sessions with client stakeholders and document outcomes, design appropriate solution and architecture based on information gathered.
- Partner with other functions across IT (Product Owners, Leads, Scrum Master, BA, EA, Security, Operations) to ensure collaboration, consistency, quality, and timeliness of solutions. Present recommendations to business and demonstrated confidence in presenting solution options and recommendations.
- Review various solution options, defined pros/cons and made a recommendation based on client's specific needs. Design, present ideas, as well as build POC independently for various solutions.
- Review and evaluate potential Salesforce capabilities or tools for client specific needs or for additional competencies.
- Participate in the delivery of custom solutions that follow scaled Agile (SAFe) framework methodology.
- Ensure self and development team adheres to known design and development patterns and standards of Salesforce.
- Work closely with other architects to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect with ability to understand and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable technical architecture and design specifications.
- Understand current Architecture by looking at the code and suggest design and Architecture for new features and enhancements.
- Strong Integration experience for integrating multiple enterprise systems with Salesforce.
- Contribute towards growth of the practice by building additional competencies or accelerators.
- Continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances.
