Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Primary focus for technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform, both hands-on and as an SME
  • Experience in application design and development from inception through production
  • Define and drive technological architecture and roadmaps using the Salesforce.com products and best practices for development agility, performance and security
  • Design, configure, code and architect large scale Salesforce.com solutions and deliver required outcomes in complex setting so Work closely with the internal teams to current needs, identify the desired process models and solution architecture
  • Coach and mentor developers and other team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability and security
  • Lead, facilitate and provide technical expertise and advice for the integration of the provincial digital solution so Contribute to architectural project plans, to obtain approval for detailed plans and resource estimates
  • Assist change initiatives in planning for technical architecture-related activities

Must Have

  • 5+ years as a hands-on salesforce technical architect (sales and service clouds) in a lead role making decisions at the enterprise level for salesforce, data & integration architecture
  • 10+ years' experience as a salesforce technical lead & developer on sales, community & lightning
  • 5+ years' experience defining the enterprise integration, micro services strategy to integrate salesforce with on-Prem and legacy systems
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Bachelor's degree required Master's Degree is a plus Nice to have
  • Experience with Financial service cloud is a plus
  • Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
