Location: Philadelphia, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective for Salesforce implementation projects.
- Manage project scope and timelines while ensuring that the team stays focused on delivering Salesforce features and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Product Owners and Program Managers to handle backlogs, prioritize features, and manage new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove any impediments or obstacles that block the progress of the Salesforce implementation team.
- Support teams in the implementation of changes and continuous improvements, ensuring that Agile practices are followed.
- Ensure deliverables meet Salesforce platform best practices and maintain high standards for quality at the end of each sprint.
- Coach the team in Agile methodologies and help them to adopt practices that increase efficiency and productivity.
- May also play a hybrid role of Project Manager & Scrum Master, especially when coordinating smaller Salesforce implementation projects.

- 6+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master, with expert knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe.
- Proven experience facilitating high-performance Agile teams in a Salesforce implementation context, with strong emphasis on servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional interactive and collaboration skills with a track record of building high-performance teams and fostering strong communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the skill to proactively remove obstacles and help teams deliver Salesforce functionality on time.
- Experience working with distributed and offshore development teams is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite including JIRA, Confluence, and Service Desk.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including one or more specific clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud), as well as knowledge of Salesforce niche offerings such as CPQ, Field Service, Order Management, Manufacturing Cloud, and more.
- Familiarity with additional Agile frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, and others.
- Knowledge of Agile technical practices such as DevOps, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, and use of cloud services such as AWS.
- Experience using other Agile collaboration tools such as ADO (Azure Dev Ops), Rally, and others to track sprint progress and manage Agile processes effectively.
- Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
