Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with 1-3 years of project management experience, particularly in managing complex, cross-functional projects. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented professional capable of overseeing all phases of project execution while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project initiatives within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, managing timelines and tracking end-to-end processes.
  • Oversee backlog management, identifying capacity constraints and flagging potential risks.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities.
  • Partner with communications consultants, manage prioritization discussions, and communicate roadblocks as they arise.
  • Proactively manage project expectations, addressing risks and dependencies to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate potential project challenges to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage cross-functional project efforts, tracking progress and managing the entire program lifecycle.
  • Ensure that project milestones are met within the expected timeline and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as JIRA, Workfront, or similar, to effectively track project timelines, manage resources, and report on project status.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of project management experience, with 4-6 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of program and stakeholder management, with experience in conducting governance meetings, managing project priorities, and navigating roadblocks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Workfront) is required.
  • Ability to proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
