Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Fraud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and shape strategic initiatives within Capgemini's FCC (Financial Crime and Compliance) Advisory Practice, focusing on fraud risk management. This opportunity allows you to contribute to high-impact consultative selling and solutioning for banking and financial services clients. The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive innovative fraud risk management solutions, while also supporting market-facing initiatives and new business generation.

  • Lead fraud risk management advisory sales and solutioning efforts within the FCC Advisory Practice, with a primary focus on North America.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance fraud risk management solutions.
  • Support sales and advisory teams in fraud-related topics and engage in sales, presales, and solutioning meetings.
  • Contribute to go-to-market efforts, including the development of market-facing collateral, such as white papers, blogs, tear sheets, webinars, and analyst briefings.
  • Create client-facing materials for presales conversations, RFPs, and other sales initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of fraud competency within the practice, focusing on key strategic fraud projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with high-level partners and clients, ensuring alignment with client stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and partner offerings to inform strategic positioning and identify high-potential customer targets for sales initiatives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key transformation partners, defining joint sales strategies, conducting monthly reviews, and tracking progress to ensure continuous growth of the partner ecosystem.
