Capgemini is looking for a Senior React JS Lead Developer. This will be an onsite role in Philadelphia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing new user-facing features and components, using React's component-based architecture, and ensuring efficient rendering performance
• Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability, while ensuring a smooth and delightful user experience across various devices and browsers
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future
• Troubleshooting, debugging & optimizing code to enable maximum performance across devices and browsers.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.

• Conducting and participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.
• Should have good interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills and presentation skills.
Required Skills:
• Must have proven experience in React.js as well as experience in React.js workflows (Flux/Redux)
• Should be proficient in React.js and its core principles and have a proven understanding of related web technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Strong UI hands-on experience in coding on technologies (React JS and Front end technologies) who has excellent programming skills in the latest tools and technology frameworks, Bootstrap, ReactJS, React hooks, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sitecore and JQuery.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them into React applications.
• Developer possesses version control skills using Git and experience with collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for crafting visually beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.
• Good Experience with React JS-based UI development, JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Content management system (CMS) knowledge
• Knowledge of sophisticated web design tools and applications such as Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / WordPress / Web flow / Figma.
• Ensures that websites are accessible on all devices, optimized for search engines, and provide a consistent user experience.
• Experience in Oracle PL SQL
• Should have proven ability to work in an AGILE environment.
