Roles & Responsibilities:
• Automate processes using Robotic Process Automation UiPath
• In house software development incorporating best practices.
• Work closely with Stakeholder to analyze and develop suitable enhancements based on requirements.
• Propose, develop, test and implement innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with/manage 3rd party suppliers/stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global and local support team.
• Flexible to work under different work environments and shifts
• Ensure that personal and team goals are met according to agreed schedule
• Should comply with quality, security and company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS (Professional Experience, Technical Skills, Foreign Languages)
• Core skills:
o 4+ years proven experience in SW development.
o 2+ years proven experience in RPA development with tool UiPath
o IT Related career (Bachelor Degree).
o Open to work on new technologies is mandatory.
o Should have excellent programming/software development background.
o Experience in .Net, DB is a must, experience with PowerShell, Database or VBA will be an asset.
o Excellent, proactive problem solver.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
o Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English and have worked in global/multicultural environment.
o Experience in managing/coordinating with vendor.
• Additional skills:
o Background in application support.
o Experience in creating and managing technical documents
o Experience in project management
o Excellent individual performer and team player.

Business analysts

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Be client facing and drive as-is process workshops and propose to-be process vision
• Identify and document automation opportunities and capture testing scenarios & enablers and articulate them to the client for further analysis and documentation
• Collaborate with project team and support test planning and working on UAT with the client
• Participate in workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
• Calculate automation efforts and estimate FTE benefit, Present and document summary of findings to the client
• Support weekly due diligence updates with the client
• Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
• Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
• Monitor the benefits realized as part of the delivery and recommend optimizations to improve automation efficiencies
Skills
• Business process related experience: at least 2 years
• Basic knowledge on ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in changing environment and demanding deadlines
• Innovation focus & process transformation approach
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Knowledge of Automation and RPA technology
• Lean/Six Sigma awareness
• Experience in client facing roles: workshop facilitation

Nice to have:
• Project and change management experience
• Agile/SCRUM methodology awareness
