Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also encouraged.
• Proven 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry digital thread, including business, process, IT systems, and data.
• Experience with Plant OT, MES/MOM, and IoT or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, edge technologies, and cybersecurity in OT environments.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or sales methodologies are a plus.
