Primary skill (Must-Have Skills) :- Load Runner/JMeter, Dynatrace, Performance testing
Secondary skills (Nice-to have Skills) :- Proficient in C# and OOPs and Advance programming skills
Experience in Years :- 11-18
Required Qualifications/Certification :- Microfocus Load Runner, JMeter Certification, APM tool certifications

Duties and responsibilities :-

  • Expertise in creating performance test plans both at component and end to end levels
  • End-to-End Performance Engineering across all tiers (UX / UI, Network, Web Server, Application Server, Database Server, Hardware & Storage, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in performance analysis of infrastructure, application, and system levels using profiling tools to Identify bottlenecks in CPU, memory, network, etc.
  • Direct contributions to application / system performance analysis and tuning for projects
  • Experience in benchmarking and sizing
  • Ability to articulate and create performance benchmarks and baselines
  • Good working knowledge of distributed system testing
  • Experience with micro services architecture
  • Experience in creation of performance test strategy, design, planning, load modeling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolution of production performance issues
  • Heap dump, thread dump, code, SQL queries analysis doe performance
  • Ability to implement and articulate performance testing types (baseline, stress, load, capacity, spike, duration).
  • Strong knowledge and experience across all phases of performance testing namely Non-Functional Requirements gathering & Validation, Performance Test Design, Test script building, Test execution, Test Reporting, Performance & Expertise in Performance Test scripting and Test execution
  • Strong understanding of the Software Test & Delivery Lifecycles.
  • Knowledge/experience of DevOps
  • Development and implementation of end-to-end performance testing solution
  • Demonstrate excellent Linux fundamentals and solid understanding of diagnosing system utilisation
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Experience implementing chaos engineering principles to validate the resilience, scalability of cloud apps. Experience with tools like Gremlin etc is useful
