Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, supporting, and maintaining Pega applications, including creating user interfaces and workflows. You will collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality Pega solutions, while continuously improving your Pega expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, create, and modify Pega applications, including building user interfaces, workflows, and reports.
  • Support and Maintenance: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing Pega applications to ensure optimal performance and a seamless user experience.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and self-learning to enhance your understanding of Pega and related technologies, staying updated with the latest Pega releases and best practices.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation for application design processes, technical specifications, and workflow configurations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, senior developers, and project managers to gather requirements, contribute to project planning, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Pega application development and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, rules, and user interface design.
  • Knowledge of Pega integration services, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Pega applications.
  • Ability to contribute to technical documentation and maintain application-related knowledge bases.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
