Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Highly skilled and experienced Java J2EE Architect with 15+ years of expertise in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-level solutions within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Java, Spring frameworks, microservices architecture, and messaging systems like Kafka, TIBCO JMS, or RabbitMQ. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and work directly with global clients to deliver high-quality, secure applications.
  • Mandatory exposure to SWIFT & ISO 20022 Message Processing
  • Should have a fare understanding of Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g. RTGS / ACH / RTP / CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS)
  • Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking & Direct Channels (Host2Host file transfers), Mobile banking, PSD2, Open Banking, Payments Service Provider (PSP), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) etc
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills
  • Creative, innovative team player able to convince all stakeholders and bridge differences
  • Highly enthusiastic, energetic, and has a self-starting capability
  • Adhered to process and tooling, and a systematic worker
