The Oracle OPM Expert with MES Plant Services Expertise will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes within pharmaceutical operations. This position is responsible for managing and enhancing Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) applications, ensuring their seamless integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The ideal candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of Oracle OPM and MES to drive efficiency, compliance, and data integrity in manufacturing processes.

• Provide expertise in Oracle OPM functionalities, troubleshooting, and configuration to optimize production efficiency.
oAdminister and optimize Oracle OPM applications, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
oProvide technical expertise in OPM functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
2.MES Integration:
oCollaborate with MES teams to ensure seamless integration of OPM with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
oTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency between OPM and MES platforms.
3.Process Improvement:
oAnalyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization using Oracle OPM and MES capabilities.
oImplement enhancements and automation solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
4.User Training and Support:
oDevelop and deliver training programs for end-users on Oracle OPM and MES functionalities, ensuring effective usage and compliance.
oProvide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to OPM and MES applications.
5.Data Management and Reporting:
oEnsure data integrity and accuracy within Oracle OPM and MES, implementing data governance and validation processes.
oGenerate and analyze reports on production performance, quality metrics, and system utilization for management review.
6.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
oWork closely with IT, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet operational needs.
oParticipate in cross-functional project teams to drive OPM and MES initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
7.Regulatory Compliance:
oEnsure that OPM and MES operations comply with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMEA) and internal quality standards.
oSupport audit activities by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries related to OPM and MES functionalities.
8.Project Leadership:
oLead projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Oracle OPM and MES, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
oCoordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
9.Continuous Improvement:
oDrive continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle OPM and MES operations, leveraging user feedback and performance metrics to enhance system functionalities and user experience.

Required Skills:
o10+ years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
oProven experience with MES systems and their integration with Oracle applications.
• Technical Skills:
oDeep understanding of Oracle OPM functionalities, including product definition, process execution, and quality management.
oProficiency in SQL and database management; experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Soft Skills:
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
oAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
