Job Location : Irving TX / Tampa FL

Key Responsibilities

  • Activate subscriptions followed by provisioning those instances.
  • Managing test to test and production to test environment cloning activities including post clone activities such as user entitlement and role management including IDCS policies, functional account validation and post clone checkouts.
  • Monitoring and managing environment health metrics; up time, patching schedules, maintenance issues, impact analysis for releases, SSO (and other) certificate management, logging, Break Glass Configuration etc.
  • Broad range of level 2 support (investigation) for users and other teams - Oracle, GPA, testing teams, development teams etc. - related to issues related to service access: logon issues, connectivity issues, user access, and entitlements.
  • Management of the connectivity between on premise boundary applications and the SaaS services - tokens, password encryption.
  • Management and monitoring of network - service URLs, IP addressing etc.
  • COB/DR management
  • Create Change control/JIRA to track all efforts.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service is strongly preferred.
  • Related experience working with Oracle ERP GL and AHCS Cloud Services, EPM (Enterprise Data Management) - Account Reconciliation and Close and Consolidation Cloud services and Accounting Foundation Cloud Service (AFCS) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of setting up Single Sign On (SSO).
  • Familiarity with SAML authentication
  • Experience with Linux commands and shell scripts.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing principles and related concepts (AWS/OCI/GCP/AZURE)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication & collaborations skills, Ability to work in a global team.
  • Proven Ability to self-learn new technologies.
  • Customer oriented / client-focused mindset
